SIN Annual General Meeting

Come along to SIN's Annual General Meeting! Have a chance to meet other sex workers, find out more about SIN, and have your voice heard.

This event is open to both in-person and online attendance - online attendees will receive the Zoom link on the day, before the event begins.

The in-person event will be held at the SIN office which is located at 220 South Road, Mile End, 5031. Please note that masks are required for all in-person attendees (SIN to supply if needed).

RSVPs are essential. Please RSVP by securing your online or in-person attendee ticket.

⚠ Important information:

This event is open only to past or present sex workers who are members of SIN. Membership is FREE and open to past and present sex workers.

If you are not a member and would like to become one in order to attend - you can fill out our online form* HERE or you can pop into the SIN office and fill out a paper form with one of our peers. If you need to apply for membership - after you have done so please continue to register for a ticket through this site.

* SIN will address your eligibility for membership either before, or on the evening of, the AGM.

☂ SIN Board Nominations

During the AGM members will vote for nominees for the new SIN Board, nominations are open to any past or present sex workers who are interested in being involved! The SIN Board is responsible for overseeing and governing SIN as an organisation, and is a great way to utilise your unique skills to contribute to the sex worker community in SA. Board nominations will remain open until 6:30pm on Thursday 27th.

💌 Proxy Voting

If you are a SIN member but are unable to attend the AGM, you can nominate another SIN member to attend and vote on your behalf. If you would like to designate a member to be your proxy, please complete the form HERE and instruct them to bring it with them when they attend the AGM.
